Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, we will provide a full replacement at no cost to you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, please contact us through the contact form. We will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If the issue is confirmed, we cover all replacement and shipping costs.
