Refund & Return Policy

Every piece from ANGELA NIKOLAU is made individually — most items are made to order specifically for you, and some are released as limited, one-of-a-kind editions. Every piece matches its product photos and description exactly. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal taste once your order is placed.

We do take full responsibility for getting your order to you. Here's when we offer a replacement or a refund:

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the damage and your order number. We will remake and resend it at no cost to you.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order is lost in transit or never arrives, we will send you a new item at no cost.

Exception: if the piece is a limited, one-of-a-kind edition that cannot be remade, we will refund you in full instead.

Taking too long

If your order is taking too long to arrive, contact us — if you no longer want to wait, we will refund you in full.

Since every piece is made to order or is an original/limited artwork matching its photos and description, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal taste, or incorrect details submitted by the customer at checkout.
