Lost or Missing Packages

ANGELA NIKOLAU STORE is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

If an error is made on our end, we will fully cover the cost and resend your original order at no additional charge.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace the item at no cost to you. If the item is part of a limited, one-of-a-kind edition that cannot be remade, we will issue a full refund instead.

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing from us, you consent to the possibility of customs fees being applied when your order arrives in your country.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. In some cases, especially with free shipping, tracking may be limited or unavailable.

My tracking says “No information available at the moment”

Some carriers may take 1–3 business days to update tracking information. If it’s been more than 7 business days since your order and tracking is still unavailable, please contact us at art@angelanikolau.us.

Will my items be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you’ve selected combined shipping.
